Tallaght Litter Mugs September 2017 Clean-up

Despite poor weather conditions our clean up event in September 2017 attracted good numbers of volunteers. It was another successful event in which we retrieved four more shopping trolleys as well as the usual haul of bottles and cans, and other assorted rubbish.

Due to increased efforts by SDCC staff in recent weeks the park was in relatively good condition thereby making our task easier than usual. Except for one of our more attention-seeking volunteers taking a bit of a dip in the top lake there was not much else of note to report. The October clean up event is scheduled for Saturday, 21st October.
